Client Support Representative
A growing, specialized technology company, located in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Client Support Representative.
- Will interact directly with clients and provide the support necessary to ensure customers have a positive experience.
- Answer phones and respond to emails and chat inquiries.
- Responsible for order and data entry.
- Perform customer outreach calls.
- Engage clients via outbound calls and emails.
- Responsible for client onboarding and training.
- Salesforce CRM management.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Proficient in Google Suite (Email, Docs, Sheets and Slides)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Salesforce highly desired
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Strong time management, detail-oriented and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal direct supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Hours: Monday-Friday, 11:30am-8:00pm
