Job Description

A growing, specialized technology company, located in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Client Support Representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Will interact directly with clients and provide the support necessary to ensure customers have a positive experience.
  • Answer phones and respond to emails and chat inquiries.
  • Responsible for order and data entry.
  • Perform customer outreach calls.
  • Engage clients via outbound calls and emails.
  • Responsible for client onboarding and training.
  • Salesforce CRM management.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1 year of related experience
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Email, Docs, Sheets and Slides)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce highly desired
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Strong time management, detail-oriented and prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal direct supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Hours: Monday-Friday, 11:30am-8:00pm
