A software development company, located in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist.


  • Manage the configuration, delivery, implementation and training of the Company’s software platform
  • Manage communications with all regulatory change management stakeholders (post-subscription)
  • Ensure a smooth, unproblematic, and comprehensive adoption of the software
  • Mange, administer and deliver post-training client follow-up
  • Maintain online training environment and tools to effectively engage learners with varying skill levels
  • Maintain a committed, enthusiastic, and loyal customer base
  • Demonstrate confidence and mastery of the Company product


  • AS or BS Degree and a minimum of 3 years of customer service, account management, and corporate training experience, preferably related to healthcare related software and technology
  • Experience managing and participating in a series of projects at the same time
  • Working knowledge of the healthcare industry and healthcare system operations preferred
  • Ability to anticipate areas of difficulty and/or questions and quickly adapt to meet the needs of the clients
  • Excellent written and communication skills is an absolute must
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information in a non-technical way
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to provide a 100% customer focused experience with every interaction
  • Self-directed and able to work independently
  • Successful candidate will be energetic, highly motivated, outgoing, confident, and a self-starter who has a passion for innovation and success

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
