Job Description
An international medical manufacturing company, located near Monroeville, PA, is seeking a Customer Service / Inventory Clerk.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process orders from customers
- Communicate with customers until order has been completed
- Maintain product inventory and work in progress
- Monitor open orders and assist with production scheduling
- Create pull pack sheets for order fulfillment using Excel
- Create sales orders, invoices and packing lists
- Coordinate and complete necessary paperwork for shipping products to customers
- Manage accounts receivable
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that apply to the daily work activities
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma and/or AS Degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software, i.e. Sage, Peachtree, etc.
- Experience with FedEx, DHL and/or other freight forwarders
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong work ethic
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
