Job Description

An international medical manufacturing company, located near Monroeville, PA, is seeking a Customer Service / Inventory Clerk.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process orders from customers
  • Communicate with customers until order has been completed
  • Maintain product inventory and work in progress
  • Monitor open orders and assist with production scheduling
  • Create pull pack sheets for order fulfillment using Excel
  • Create sales orders, invoices and packing lists
  • Coordinate and complete necessary paperwork for shipping products to customers
  • Manage accounts receivable
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that apply to the daily work activities

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma and/or AS Degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with accounting software, i.e. Sage, Peachtree, etc.
  • Experience with FedEx, DHL and/or other freight forwarders
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong work ethic

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
