A medical equipment supplier, located near Washington, PA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for contacting patients for information regarding the company’s medical products
  • Will contact physician’s offices and facilities to follow up on required documentation
  • Input customer and product information into the computer system
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have good computer skills
  • Must be compassionate and understand clientele
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm; 1 hour lunch
