A professional services company, located near Castle Shannon, PA, is seeking an Office Clerk for a 4 month contract position.


  • General office duties: typing, filing, answering phones, transferring calls, etc.
  • Will be responsible for ordering monthly supplies
  • Perform basic accounting
  • Printing and overseeing the shipping of company literature each month.


  • High school diploma with at least 1 year of related office experience.
  • Must be professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience using a multi-line phone system.
  • Must be organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Possess strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite, and be willing to learn basic Photoshop software tasks.
  • Will start on a part time schedule and work into full time hours once training is completed.
