Job Description

An established manufacturing company, located near Cranberry Township, PA, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator.


  • Initiate RMA’s (return authorizations) for customers sending in equipment for repairs or modifications.
  • Complete all documents and update all records related to system and customer information.
  • Provide information to Sales, Production, Administration, and customers as related to RMA’s.
  • Create and deliver customer invoices related to equipment repairs and modifications.
  • Perform other related work as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with a manufacturing company required
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks, or related accounting software
  • Any experience with electronics components or printed circuit boards a plus
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and issues
  • Detail-oriented person, who can prioritize tasks efficiently

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
