Job Description
An established manufacturing company, located near Cranberry Township, PA, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate RMA’s (return authorizations) for customers sending in equipment for repairs or modifications.
- Complete all documents and update all records related to system and customer information.
- Provide information to Sales, Production, Administration, and customers as related to RMA’s.
- Create and deliver customer invoices related to equipment repairs and modifications.
- Perform other related work as assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with a manufacturing company required
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks, or related accounting software
- Any experience with electronics components or printed circuit boards a plus
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and issues
- Detail-oriented person, who can prioritize tasks efficiently
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
