Inside Sales Specialist

An established manufacturer and distributor of specialized products, located south of Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing inside sales support to current customers.
• Will work closely with Engineers to create quotes for appropriate equipment solutions.
• Will be responsible for invoicing, shipments and inventory control.
• Create and distribute accurate and thorough written communications.
• Sales activities will also include demonstrations of electronic control equipment, both online and at customer sites.
• Provide customer support for laser scanning software and hardware.
• Once trained, will attend trade shows and visit customers domestically to represent the Company.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5-10%.

Qualifications:

• AS or BS Degree in a related technical field and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales of technical products
• Willingness to learn the Company’s laser scanning product line
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Must be a self-starting team player able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high quality of service
• Lifting of items up to 50 pounds required at times
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
